Palos Verdes Estates police discourage residents from feeding feral cat colony at Malaga Cove

This is not objective! Kill, Starve, Humanely
Kill, starve, humanely. So civilized.
Take a drive down to Malaga Cove and ask yourself if there is a problem. If you feel there is, you are truly broken and so far removed from the humanity you once possessed.
This ridiculous response by the police and the city is based on a cat burying it's poop in a pebble brained person's yard. They confidently declare that "cat food is litter" and thus illegal. I've also heard the police say that they attract rats and mice? Hmm? I've heard other individuals (many of which are bird lovers) say these cats are unnatural to the land. I suppose the peacocks roaming the streets their are a luxurious exception. Not to mention the humanoids and their constructs aren't exactly indigenous. The problem with cats on the street is HUMANS DUMPING THEM THERE and turning a blind eye to their survival. The same could be said about our view of the homeless homo-sapiens. Kill, starve, humanely is not civilized. But rather, it is a reflection of a dependent, ignorant, complacent and shallow society. Broken and in decline. The following is the definition of civilization: a higher stage of civilization: human development, advancement, progress, enlightenment, culture, refinement, sophistication. The street translation is technology, convenience, pixels and democracy.
I would add that this definition implies, a responsibility to the world in which we build upon and each other. This is not the case...
