And so...
This video transports me to a place called the Bourgeois Pig near Silverlake. The owner and the surrounding tables were dissecting Starbucks and corporate greed. THAT got my attention! initially. I was of course compelled to enter the conversation. Which lead to one of the patrons passionately screaming "WHAT ABOUT THE FARMERS!". I was truly charged at this point. Eagerly awaiting her elaboration! What about the farmers? Long, silent, pause...staring, deeply, into my eyes. As did the owner and the other patrons. It was only then did I realize, we were across the street from the Celebrity Center of ology. The owner, then boasted that his employees didn't have to work or worry about losing their jobs. Unlike the conformists patrons and peasant workers at Starbucks. It was clear, he and his friends the employees didn't need to profit. That there was a very green trust somewhere in Bourgeoisology land that empowered this pig-like activism. We had then gravitated to anonymity or a-anonymous as it were. Shit kills brain cells!
