The DEVO Times (2019-NOW) a very brief reflection

 I’d rather be a flawed and emotional human being than a combative and delusional social being any day. By “social being” I mean unaware of one’s socially constructed influences, guarded within a group that separates itself from the whole of humanity to formulate an idea of worth....

The pandemic renders all of these things really transparent and is either depressing and/or angering everyone. For me it’s both.
 

The times in addition to those constructs, have also forced individual self reflection for us all, which can be even more disturbing or enriching. How much autonomy do we really have....or want? When we see our actual selves magnified (flaws and all), vulnerable, and all too real…
